600例高血压病患者危险因素与中医证型的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同地域高血压病患者危险因素对中医辨证分型的影响。方法:不同地域,多中心参与,以统一调查表形式,调查600例高血压病患者,包括广东珠海300例、江苏常州100例,江苏南京100例,辽宁沈阳100例,分析不同地域高血压患者基本情况、体质、生活方式、饮食习惯等危险因素的差异,以及对中医辨证分型的影响。结果:腰围增大、体重增加、打鼾、情绪不稳、吸烟、饮酒等不良习惯与"实证"如痰火上扰、痰浊壅盛、肝火亢盛等密切相关,与其他证型比较有明显差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),而病程长、年龄大、合并糖尿病与"虚证"如心血亏虚、肝阳上亢等明显相关,与其他证型比较有明显差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:高血压发病危险因素中生活方式、饮食习惯、体质与中医证型有相关性。Objective：To explore the effects of Chinese traditional medicine（TCM） symptom by factors of Cardiovascular disease between different geographical hypertension patients.Methods：Different geographical,multi-center participation in the form of a uniform questionnaire to investigate 600 cases of hypertensive patients,including 300 cases of Zhuhai,Guangdong,Jiangsu Changzhou 100 cases,100 cases of Nanjing,Jiangsu,Liaoning,Shenyang 100 cases,analysis of different geographical basic conditions in patients with hypertension,body mass,lifestyle,eating habits,such as differences in risk factors,as well as the dialectic of traditional Chinese medicine classification of the impact.Results：Increased waist circumference,weight gain,snoring,emotional instability,smoking,drinking and other bad habits is closely related to ＂positive symptom＂ such as the asthma harasses,the sputum is confused obstruct popular,anger high abundant,and other more obvious differences（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）,but the course length,age,diabetes mellitus is closely related to the ＂faint symptom＂ such as heart blood deficiency,the liver on positive high and other symptom are more significant differences（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Risk factors for hypertension in the way of life,eating habits,body mass is related to TCM symptom.
