摘 要:提出一种在AMESim软件中利用液压元件设计(HCD)库和机械库中的元件、采用单级液压缸级联方式构建多级液压缸模型的新方法,用该方法构建四级液压缸模型,从液压力、摩擦力、碰撞力等方面对实物和模型进行理论对比分析,并对模型进行了仿真。结果表明:采用单级缸级联法构建的多级液压缸模型能较好地模拟多级液压缸的实际情况,该方法较以往的编程建模方法和多软件协同建模方法更为简便、有效。Adopting single-stage cylinders cascade, a new method for modeling of telescopic multi-stage cylinder was presented, which took advantage of the components of HCD (hydraulic component design) library and mechanical library in AMESim software. A model of telescopic four-stage cylinder was built, theoretic analysises that contrasted model with practicality from hydraulic force, fric- tion, collision force and other aspects were accomplished, and simulation of this model was completed. The results show that the model built by this method corresponds to the real condition of telescopic multi-stage cylinder and this method is more convenient and effective than the method of programing or using software collaboration.
