摘  要:目的评价结核分枝杆菌蛋白芯片诊断结核病的结果。方法应用结核分枝杆菌蛋白芯片检测122例结核病患者的血清标本,29份肺部其它疾病患者和健康体检者的血清标本,并与抗酸菌涂片镜检法相比较。结果结核分枝杆菌蛋白芯片诊断肺结核的敏感性和特异性分别为68.85%(84/122)和93.10%(27/29),阳性预测值为97.67%(84/86),阴性预测值为41.53%(27/65),阳性检出率为56.95%(86/151),显著高于抗酸菌涂片镜检法阳性率(24.59%,30/122)。结论结核分枝杆菌蛋白芯片诊断结核病,具有简便、快速,敏感性较高和特异性强等优点,是临床辅助诊断结核病的有效方法。Aim To evaluate the results of diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis by protein chips. Methods There 122 serum samples from pulmonary tuberculosis cases and 29 samples from patients with other diseases were detected by using Mycobacterium tuberculosis protein chips and the results were compared with that of the microscopy. Results The sensitivity and specificity of protein chipa were 68.85%(84/122) and 93.10%(27/29),with a positive predicative value of 97.67% (84/86) and a negative predicative value of 41.53% (27/65), and a positive rate of 56.95% (86/151),significant higher than that of (24.59% ,30/122)by microscopy. Conclusion Mycobacterium tuberculosis protein chips is a simple, fast, snesitive and specific for diangosis of pulmonary tuberculosis.
