摘  要:目的:加强对出院患者规范化管理。方法:问卷抽样调查2009年5月唐山市协和医院出院后接受随访的患者200人,内容主要为出院患者对随访这种干预形式的满意度情况。结果:接受过5次随访的患者的满意度明显高于接受过3次随访的患者,包括用药指导、复诊指导、心理帮助等。结论:出院后患者对随访这种干预形式有较高的满意度,医院应重视出院后管理,为出院患者提供更全面的人文化健康服务。To standardize the management for the discharged patients,the writers of the article undertake the sampling questionnaire survey on the 200 follow-up visit patients discharged from the Union Hospital in Tangshan City in May,2009 to learn about the satisfaction degree with the intervention method of follow-up visit to them.The satisfaction degree of the patients visited 5 times is obviously higher than that of the ones visited 3 times,including drug use instructions,further consultation directions,psychological help and so on.The discharged patients are more satisfied with the intervention method of follow-up visit.Therefore,hospitals should focus more on the management of the discharged patients and provide them with more comprehensive humanistic medical service.
