摘  要:以硫氰酸红霉素为原料、液态缓冲盐为溶剂制备了红霉素肟,研究了液态缓冲盐用量、反应温度、原料水分等对红霉素肟的收率和纯度的影响。确定红霉素肟的最佳合成工艺如下:液态缓冲盐用量200 g、反应温度50℃、原料总水分≤4.0%,此时红霉素肟的收率为71.3%、纯度为92.8%。With erythromycin thioyanate as raw material and liquid buffer salt as solvent, erythromycin oxime was prepared. The effects of dosage of liquid buffer salt, reaction temperature, moisture of raw material on the yield and purity of erythromycin oxime were studied. The optimum synthetic process were obtained as follows: the dosage of liquid buffer salt was 200 g, the reaction temperature was 50℃, the moisture of raw material was≤4.0%. Under above conditions, the yield and purity of erythromycin oxime was 71.3%, 92.8%, respectively.
