摘　　要：改革开放是新时期最鲜明的特点,是当代中国社会主义建设的最强大动力。它的直接目的是解放和发展生产力,所以它必然会触及社会主义生产关系和上层建筑,这就涉及到怎样处理改革开放与社会主义关系的问题。邓小平很好地解决了这个问题,认为改革开放是社会主义发展、强大的手段;社会主义是改革开放坚持的根本方向。邓小平同志大力提倡改革开放,但同时也并没有否认我国的社会主义道路。在改革开放三十多年的今天,重温和进一步探讨邓小平改革开放和社会主义思想,具有重大的现实意义和深远的历史意义。Open and reform is the obvious feature for the new era as the strongest drive for Chinese socialistic construction,whose direct goal is to liberate and develop productivity. Since it concerns socialistic relation of production and superstructure,the relation between open-and- reform policy and socialism is the main issue. Deng Xiaoping solves the problem very well. He believes that open and reform is the method to develop socialism which is the basic direction for the policy. After 30 years of reform,it is of great significance to discuss Deng＇ s philosophy again.
