摘　　要：为实现电信企业的车辆管理规范化，提高管理效率，在对需求进行详细分析的基础上，设计和实现了一个基于B／S模式的车辆管理系统，包括调度管理、档案管理、保险管理等功能。该文对系统的组成和功能进行了说明，详细介绍了其设计思想、设计方案、主要功能与技术特点。The paper designs and realizes a system of car management based on B/S model including scheduling management ,record management ,insurance management and so on in order to achieve the standardization of car management in the enterprise, improve the manage efficiency and analyze the detail that they really need. The paper describes the composition and function of system .the user can check, add,delete,or export information in system.
