摘　　要：在Windows下设计了一个可以播放多种格式视频文件的通用ActiveX插件。该插件使用ATL工具开发，其中的视频解码基于FFMPEG完成．利用SDL实现视频播放。视频点播系统中使用该插件播放视频流畅清晰，并且免去了转换文件格式的工作，使视频点播系统更易维护。Designed a general ActiveX plug-ins can play multi-format video files in Windows. The plug-in using ATL tools for the development, the video decoder of the plug-in completed based on FFMPEG, using SDL for video playback. VOD system using the plugin dear and smooth video playback, and eliminates file format conversion, so that VOD system easier to maintain.
