摘　　要：该文提出了一种基于CEBus总线（家庭消费总线），将扩频技术应运在电力线载波通信来提高智能小区监控系统的抗干扰能力，并采用VisualBasic6．0作为上位机开发系统语言实现PC机与单片机之间的串口通信及数据库开发。Held out a smart community monitor and control system based on CEBus （Consumer Hectronics Bus）, the system adopts power line carrier commuaication based on spread spectrum communication to promote the antidisturbance, and uses Visual Basic 6.0 as development language for serial communication and developing database between PC and single-chip.
