摘 要:针对矿山机车的工作特点,设计了相应的矿山机车矢量控制系统,并对系统中的基于模型参考自适应(MRAS)方法的转速估算环节和弱磁环节进行了分析研究,比较分析了传统恒功率弱磁控制策略和考虑电机电压电流约束的优化弱磁控制策略。设计并制作了一套基于TMS320F2812控制器的电机控制系统,在此系统上对基于MRAS方法的转速估算环节和弱磁环节进行了实验验证。According to the special working condition of the locomotives of mines, an improved vector control system was designed. The speed estimation based on the MRAS method and field weakening operation were analyzed. The differences between basic field weakening strategy and optimal field weakening strategy were also analyzed. Finally, a motor control system based on TMS320F2812 chip was designed. Based on this system, experiments were done. The results show that the speed estimation and field weakening strategies are suitable for this vector control system of locomotives of mines.
