摘  要:基于高温区压力平衡和承压区低温的原理,开发了一种小型高温高压反应器;建立了小型反应器基本传热方程和反应器温度分布模型T=-750lnR-1428,用温度分布模型确定了保温材料厚度150mm等结构参数.结果表明,反应器轴向温度呈梯型分布,在中间长度为25cm的范围内,温度基本一致为均温反应区;在给定操作温度和增加反应压力的条件下,反应器最外层金属壁外表面温度基本恒定,实测温度低于设计值50℃,反应压力对反应器外表面的温度影响不明显,在该温度下反应器最外层金属壁具有足够的承压能力.实验证明,建立的温度分布模型合理、可靠,开发的小型反应器能在1000℃和12MPa的高温高压下工作.Based on the principle of "pressure balance in high temperature zone and low temperature in pressure retaining zone", a small-scale reactor working at high temperature and high pressure has been developed, and the basic heat transfer equation and the temperature distribution model (T=-7501nR-1 428) of the reactor have been established. Structure parameters such as thickness (150 mm) of the thermal insulation material were calculated by the temperature distribution model. The experiment shows that the axial temperature of reactor renders trapezoidal distribution, and the zone within 25 cm long in the middle, which temperatures are basically identical, can be regarded as constant temperature zone; it also shows that the temperature on the external surface of the outer metal wall of the reactor, which measured value was below that of design (50 ℃), is basically constant at the given operating temperature and with increasing reaction pressure. Reaction pressure had no obvious effect on the temperature on the external surface of the reactor, and the outer metal wall of the reactor has sufficient resistance to pressure at this temperature. The experiment confirmed that the temperature distribution model is reasonable and reliable, and the reactor can work at the high temperature and high pressure (1 000 ℃ and 12 MPa).
