试论高职会计专业学生职业生涯规划的目标

摘　　要：文章从职业生涯和职业生涯规划的概念出发,结合会计职业种类和高等职业教育培养目标及美国著名的职业生涯指导专家霍兰德职业理论,具体分析和指出了高职会计专业学生职业生涯规划的中期目标和长期目标。高职会计专业学生职业生涯规划的中期目标是掌握"做会计人"的基本素质和基本技能,即成为具备会计资格的出纳和核算会计等初级会计人员;长期规划目标不可能千篇一律,需要在基本目标的基础上,因个人的兴趣和志向加以延伸和调整。中期目标主要通过专业课的学习和实践而实现,长期目标主要通过选修课的学习和素质拓展而实现。from the career and career planning concept, combined accounting profession categories and higher vocational education and training objectives and the United States well - known experts in Holland vocational career guidance theory, Articles specific analysis and pointed out that the vocational senior high school students in the accounting profession career planning medium - term objec- fives and long - term goals, the medium - term goal of Vocational Accounting Students Career Planning is to ＂do the accounting＂ the basic quality and basic skills , and become qualified with the cashier and accounting junior accounting staff; long - term planning objectives can not be stereotyped, need the basic objectives, based on personal interests and ambitions to be extended and adjusted. Medium - term objectives, mainly through specialized courses of study and practice to achieve, long - term goals primarily through elective courses of study and expand the quality achieved.
