乳茄叶片一步成苗组培快繁技术研究

摘　　要：以乳茄叶片为外植体,研究不同浓度6-BA和IAA对乳茄一步成苗的影响。结果表明:MS+6-BA2.5 mg/L+IAA0.5 mg/L是乳茄一步成苗最适培养基,并获得移栽后的成活植株。The effect of plant growth regulators including the different concentration of 6-BA and IAA on inducing onestep-seedling formation of Solanum mammosurn L. was studied using leaves culture. The best medium inducing one-stepseedling formation of Solanum mammosum L. was MS＋6-BA 2. 5 mg/L＋IAA 0. 5 mg/L. And many regeneration planets were obtained.
