摘  要:文章将软开关技术应用于斩波式内反馈串级调速系统中,主要讨论其斩波部分的软开关技术。对内反馈电机的调速原理、硬开关和软开关的优缺点做了简单介绍。对移相全桥ZVZCSPWMDC-DC软开关变换器工作原理做了较详细的阐述,用Matlab/Simulink仿真软件对其工作特性进行了仿真分析,并进行了实验研究,仿真和实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。Compare to the hard-switching of traditional circuit, The soft-switching technology has many advantages. In this paper, Soft-switching technology was used in chopper-styles internal-feedback cascade speed regulation system, and soft-switching technology was mainly discussed. Introduced the principle of internal-feedback cascade speed regulation system, the advantages and disadvantages of hard- switching and soft-switching. The operation principle and parameter design of zero-voltage & zero-current-switching PWM DC/DC full-bridge converters were introduced detailedly. The simulation by Matlab/Simulink software was proformed to analyze the converters working characteristics, The experimental and simulation results show the theoretical analysis is correct.
