摘　　要：针对安全生产的实际需求,从电机保护器的准确性、可靠性和低成本等方面综合考虑,设计了以C8051 F020为核心的具有高精度电表功能的电机保护器。该保护器在对电机的电流和电压信号准确测量的基础上,实现了对多项电机故障的监测控制和电机功率的计算,实际测试证明其具有精度高、功能全面、性能稳定、适用范围广等特点。In order to meet the practical need of safety in production, based on an overall consideration of accuracy, dependability and cost of motor protector, we designed the motor protector centering on C8051F020 which has the function of electric meter with high precision. Based on accurate measurement of electric current and voltage of motor, this protector can monitor and control many malfunction of motor. It also can calculate the power of motor. Actual test has proved that the protector has the characteristics of high-precision, multiple functions, stable operation and broad using scope.
