摘 要:以辽宁省东部地区林下生长的大叶细辛为研究对象,测定与分析了其光合生理特性.结果表明:研究地点大叶细辛光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度日变化均呈双峰曲线,表现出明显的光合"午休"现象,胞间CO2浓度日变化曲线呈典型"V"字形,通过增加CO2浓度可提高光合速率。大叶细辛对光能利用能力最高的遮荫梯度为69.1%。This article taking Asarum maximum Hemsl, which grown under--forest of eastern Liaoning Province as research objects. Photosynthetic physiological characteristics of it were measured and analyzed. The main results are: In the re search area, the diurnal courses of photosynthesis were double peaked and they showed the midday depression of photosynthesis obviously. The diurnal change of net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and stomata conductance were basically accord ant. The diurnal variation curves of intercellular CO2 concentration was V--shape. We can conclude that it is possible the photosynthetic rates by CO2 enrichment. The shade range of high light energy utilization ratio of Asarum maximum Hemsl is 69.1%.
