摘　　要：本文介绍了一种支持IPv4和IPv6协议的电量采集器内部结构,分析了TCP/IP协议栈的层次和主要内容,最后介绍了TCP协议的三次握手过程和IPSec安全协议。An electricity acquiring apparatus based on IPv4 and IPv6 is introduced to support the next generation network. The structure of the apparatus is given in detail. And, four layers and their components in TCP/TP stack are described. At last, the process of three-time handshake in TCP and IPSec is discussed.
