摘  要:目的:采用大鼠颈椎病模型,观察参黄颈康片(丹参、黄芪、白术、姜黄、当归、煅牡蛎)对颈椎病大鼠的治疗作用,并对相关机制进行研究。方法:将Sprague-Dawley大鼠,随机分为6组,造成试验动物的颈椎病模型,分别用不同剂量参黄颈康片(500 mg/kg、1 000 mg/kg、2 000 mg/kg)、生理盐水及颈复康作为阳性对照,观察各组试验动物给予药物4周后,对颈椎病大鼠的运动、感觉及形态学的影响,并测定血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、白介素-6(IL-6)及丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果:给予参黄颈康片后,与颈椎病模型组相比,运动功能明显改善,给药组平均功能角度明显提高,具有显著性差异(P<0.05),并能降低大鼠颈椎病模型中SOD、MDA及IL-6的表达。另外,对颈椎病理有明显改善作用。结论:参黄颈康片通过降低炎症介质及自由基,对颈椎病的运动、感觉及形态学有明显的治疗作用。AIM: To assess the therapeutic effects and mechanisms of Shenhuang Jinkang Tablet(Radix et rhi-zoma salviae miltiorrhizae,Radix astragali,Rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae,Rhizoma curcumae longae,Radix angelicae sinensis,Concha ostreae,Concha ostreae praeparatum) on cervical spondylosis in the rat model.METH-ODS: Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into 6 groups at random.The cervical spondylosis rat model was induced,and then administered with normal saline,Shenhuang Jingkang Tablet(500 mg/kg,1 000 mg/kg,2 000 mg/kg) and Jingfukang,respectively.To observe the movement,sensation and morphological change in rat model.The contents of SOD,MDA,IL-6 in serum were tested.RESULTS: As compared with the control group,the activity of cervical part was significantly improved,the oppression was relieved.The average functional angle increased in Shenhuang Jingkang Tablet groups.Difference was significant(P 0.05).At the same time,the content of SOD increased and levels of MDA,IL-6 decreased.Moreover,Shenhuang Jingkang Tablet could significantly improve the motor function and pathomorphological change of cervical spondylosis in rat model.CONCLUSION: Shen-huang Jingkang Tablet could significantly improve the motor function and pathomorphological change through the re-duction of model rat in mediators of inflammation and free radicals.
