刍议进一步加强和改进大学生社团工作

摘　　要：学生社团是学校校园文化的重要载体,是高校第二课堂不可或缺的组成部分,是学生培养兴趣爱好,扩大求知领域,陶冶思想情操的广阔舞台。在新时期进一步加强和改进学生社团工作,积极引导青年学生参与健康上的社团活动,是关系到培养合格建设者和可靠接班人的大事。但目前学生社团工作也存在一些问题,需要以科学发展观为指导,坚持以人为本理念,分析问题、研究问题、解决问题。Students＇ societies are important carriers in campus culture of colleges and universities; indispensable parts in the second classroom; as well as the broader stages for cultivating students＇ interests, expanding their knowledge, and edifying their sentiment of thoughts. In the new period, to further strengthen and improve the students＇ society work, actively guide young students to participate in healthy society activities, is absolutely related to cultivate qualified builders and reliable successors. However, the students＇ society work also exists some problems now, which should be guided by the scientific development concept, and adhere to the people- centered concept so as to analyze problems, research problems and solve problems.
