摘　　要：目的:观察静脉注射艾司洛尔治疗急性心肌梗死并急性左心衰竭临床效果。方法:本组8例急性心肌梗死并急性左心衰竭,在常规治疗的同时,应用静脉注射艾司洛尔后,观察患者的临床症状、体征、心电图及胸片的变化。结果:本组8例患者治疗后临床症状均有改善或缓解。心电图提示心肌缺血明显改善;肺部啰音明显减少,胸片示肺淤血明显减轻。结论:对急性心肌梗死并急性左心衰竭,常规治疗的同时静脉注射艾司洛尔可获得良好的疗效。Objective：To observe the effects of intravenous injection of esmolol on acute myocardial infarction complicated with acute left heart failure.Methods：Eight cases of acute myocardial infarction complicated with acute left heart failure were treated with intravenous injection of esmolol on the basis of routine treatment.After the administration of esmolol,clinical manifestations,physical signs,changes in the electrocardio gram and chest X-ray results were observed.Results：After the administration of esmolol,clinical manifestations,physical signs were relived for all 8 cases;myocardial ischemia,rales and congestion in the lung were also improved according to the electrocardio gram and chest X-ray results.Conclusions：Acute myocardial infarction complicated with acute left ventricular failure which is induced by myocardial ischemia and increased heart beats can be relieved by intravenous injection of esmolol combing with routine treatments.
