胺碘酮联合缬沙坦治疗阵发性房颤53例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨胺碘酮联合缬沙坦治疗阵发性房颤的临床效果。方法:选择我院2006年10月～2008年10月阵发性心房颤动患者103例,随机将上述患者分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予胺碘酮治疗,治疗组给予胺碘酮和缬沙坦治疗。在治疗的第4、8、12、16个月确认窦性心律维持例数;在两组患者治疗前,治疗第4、8、12、16个月测量患者左房内径。结果:(1)两组患者在治疗第4个月,窦性心律维持率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在治疗的第8、12、16个月,两组患者的窦性心律维持率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)观察组治疗前,治疗第4、8个月左房内径分别与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗第12、16个月左房内径分别与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胺碘酮联合缬沙坦治疗阵发性房颤临床效果显著,能够有效地维持窦性心律,防止房颤复发。Objective：To explore the effect of combined therapy of amiodarone and valsartan on paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.Methods：Selected 103 case with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation admitted from Oct 2006-Oct 2008,and randomly divided the into treatment group and control group.Treated patients in treatment group with amiodarone,while control group with combined therapy of amiodarone and valsartan.Recorded the cases with sinus rhythm,and measured left atrial diameter on the 4th,8th,12th and 16th month.Results：On the 4th month,there was no significant difference in number of cases with sinus rhythm（P〉0.05）,while on the 8th,12th and 16th month,there was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in left atrial diameter on the 4th and 8th month（P〉0.05）,while on the 12th and 16th month,there was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Combined therapy of amiodarone and valsartan is effective in maintaining sinus rhythm and prohibiting reoccurrence of atrial fibrillation.
