摘　　要：出口拥塞是园区网络迫切需要解决的问题之一,针对园区网络的特点,提出一套流量控制系统方案,阐述了整个流量控制系统的构成,并就核心的网络应用识别算法进行了详细说明.Network congestion（NC） is one of the key issues in the campus network construction and maintenance.According to the characteristics of this issue,a traffic control system is presented.The core network application identification algorithm is described in detail,as well as the whole structure of this system.
