摘 要:井冈霉素是通过微生物发酵生产的抗生素,是生产阿卡波糖、伏格列波糖两种糖尿病临床用药主原料的中间体,其井冈霉素A水解产物是新一代生物杀虫剂.作者根据井冈霉素分子结构中仲氨基在碱性介质中显正电性的特点,采用D151吸附树脂一步法提取工艺,考察了发酵液温度、酸度对树脂吸附的影响,探索了树脂对井冈霉素动态吸附的流量选择、洗脱剂及其流量选择等工艺参数,为生产高浓度井冈霉素提供可靠参考数据.Jinggangmycins is a antibiotic produced by microbe-fenrmentation and also a intermediate of chiefly material for manufacturing acarbose tablets and voglibose tablets to cure diabetes.The hydrolysate of Jinggangmycin A is a biological insecticide.One-step extraction technology for Jinggangmycins by D151 adsorption resin is adopted according to the characteristics of the imino group with positively charged among Jinggangmycins moleclular structure in alkaline medium.The effect of broth temperature and acidity for adsorption Jinggangmycins on D151 resin are studied.The flow rate in the progress of dynamic adsorption,desorption and eluent are explored.It obtains reliable industrial data for producing high-concentration Jinggangmycins.
