超超临界机组锅炉MFT后炉膛压力控制策略分析

摘　　要：大唐信阳发电公司#3机组在试运过程中出现MFT时炉膛压力下降速度过快、幅度大,导致送、引风机全部跳闸,引起电除尘器喇叭口撕裂等现象发生。通过改进送、引风机控制策略,从而达到避免锅炉MFT后炉膛压力下降过快、过低的目的,有效的保证了机组设备的安全。Datang Xinyang Power Company Unit 3 in the commissioning process when extinguishing Furnace pressure drop too fast,amplitude high,result in Force Draft Fan and Induced Draft Fan all triped,lead to electrical precipitator flare opening tear and other phenomenon occurs.Through the changes of the Force Draft Fan and the Induced Draft Fan Control Strategy, thus effective control after the MFT boiler Furnace pressure drop too fast purpose, effective guarantee the safety of Unit Equipment.
