摘 要:以大鼠肝匀浆丙二醛(MDA)作为保肝活性的追踪指标,并采用S-8型大孔树脂、固相萃取小柱对仙草热水提物进行分离纯化。得到MDA抑制率为88.63%的F33组分,其紫外光谱(UV)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)及化学反应特征表明可能为黄酮类化合物。F33经高效液相色谱(HPLC)进一步分离及LC/MS质谱分析,分离出两个组分,推测其结构分别为槲皮素葡萄糖甙及槲皮素鼠李糖甙。Malondialdehyde(MDA) in rat liver homogenate was used as the hepatoprotective effect monitoring parameter in this paper. Mesona chinensis Benth hot-water extracts were isolated with S-8 maroporous resin and solid-phase extraction column. Then F33 fraction was recovered which has a high inhibition rate of 88.63% to MDA. The ultraviolet (UV) and fourier transform infrared spectrums (FT-IR) of F33 and chemical reaction showed that F33 might be flavonoid. F33 was separated with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) and then analyzed by LC/MS mass spectrometry. Two components were isolated and identified as quercetin glucoside and quercetin rhamnoside.
