摘　　要：翻车机主要用于翻卸敞车装载的煤、矿石、焦炭等散状物料,有单车、双车、三车和四车等多种形式。主要介绍翻车机系统的使用范围及其设备类型,基于翻车机系统选型做了深入的研究和分析,并对翻车机系统自动化作业的制约因素做了一定的探究,研究并提出了根据目前自动化相关设备发展情况来提高其自动化水平程度的途径。详述了翻车机的性能特点及其国内外同类产品的生产制造能力和技术水平,提出了翻车机设计原则,并对我国翻车机系统的发展及其趋势作了深入探究。The car dumper primarily used for turn over the coal, ore, coke, etc, and now the structure have the single car dumper, double car dumper, three car dumper and four car dumper. The main introduction of this text is the car dumper＇s usage scope and its equipments types, and also research on the restrictive of the car dumper, advance the way to solve the problems. Deeply research and realization the car dumper＇s type choose, detailed the car dumper＇s structure and the domestic and international of the same kind product＇s ability, present the guidelines of the car dumper, and investigation our country＇s car dumper and it＇s develop trend.
