浇口因素对动态注射成型制品影响的研究

摘　　要：对动态注射条件下不同浇口注射试样的力学性能研究分析可知,其他工艺参数一定的情况下,大浇口下动态注射成型试样其力学性能比小浇口有一定提高。在各尺寸截面积的浇口注射成型时,相对于稳态注射成型,动态注射时,浇口越小,伴随振动的加入试样的力学性能增加幅度越小。从不同浇口动态注射PP/CaCO3的SEM照片可以发现,振动力场的存在对于碳酸钙在聚合物基体中的分散有很大作用,螺杆的剪切作用和轴向交变拉伸松弛作用促进了碳酸钙在PP中的分散。但浇口的大小对最终制品中碳酸钙的分布并无明显规律,这也从侧面反映了对填充体系分散性的作用趋于集中在料筒内。Through the test and analysis of the mechanical properties of different inject gates under dynamic injection, we can see that while other process parameters unchanged, the me- chanical properties of specimen molding in large-size inject gates displayed better than the small-size one.Dynamic injection of different inject gates, when compared with the static injection,the smaller inject gate, the smaller range improved of the properties of the specimen under dynamic injection.Compared with the SEM of PP/CaCO3 with different inject gates in dynamic injection, the decentralization of PP/CaCO3 in dynamic inject process will increase. But, the decentralization of PP/CaCO3 in the different inject gate will steadiness in dynamic process.
