摘 要:结合流动注射进样技术,借助时间扫描荧光方式,建立了流动注射在线氧化荧光分析法测定吩噻嗪类药物的新方法。在优化的实验条件下,盐酸氯丙嗪、奋乃静、盐酸异丙嗪的质量浓度分别在0.12—36、0.4—20、0.4~36mg/L范围内与荧光强度呈良好的线性关系,方法检出限分别为0.0036、0.02、0103mg/L。该方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高,用于药物制剂、尿样中吩噻嗪类药物的直接测定,结果满意。A novel fluorescent system coupled with flow injection technique was developed for the determination of three phenothiazine drugs, e.g. chlorpromazine hydrochloride, perphenazine and promethazine hydrochloride. The experiments indicated that the fluorescence signal of three drugs was weak. But the fluorescence intensities of three drugs could be sensitized strongly in the prescence of KMnO4 oxidant. Based on this, a new on-line oxidizing fluorescent method combined with flow injection technique was established for the determination of three phenothiazine drugs. The effect of experimental conditions, including types of reaction medium and oxidant, surfactant, earth ion, flow rate, length of mixing tube, was investigated and optimized. Under the optimal experimental conditions, the calibration curves were linear in the range of 0. 12 - 36 mg/L for chlorpromazine hydro- chloride, 0.4 - 20 mg/L for perphenazine and 0. 4 - 36 mg/L for promethazine hydrochloride. The detection limits were 0. 003 6, 0. 02, 0. 03 mg/L, respectively. The proposed method had the advantages of simplicity, rapidity, precision and sensitivity, and was applied in the determination of phenothiazines in tablets and human urines with satisfactory results.
