摘  要:合成了一种新的席夫碱荧光试剂——对羟基苯甲醛缩邻氨基苯甲酸(HBAA)。研究了HBAA与汞离子的络合反应及其反应条件,HBAA390.0nm处有一强荧光峰,汞离子存在时,可与其形成稳定的络合物并使HBAA的荧光猝灭。利用该反应建立了荧光测定痕量汞的新方法,方法的线性范围为0—90.0μg/L,检出限为0.61μg/L。考察了40种常见共存离子的干扰影响,结果表明合成的HBAA试剂具有很高的选择性。该方法简便、快速,可用于矿泉水、自来水、河水中痕量汞的测定。A new fluorescent reagent 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde-anthranilic acid (HBAA) was synthesized. The coordination reaction of HBAA with Hg^2+ was studied and the optimum reacting conditions were investigated. The result indicated that HBAA exhibited a maximum of fluorescence emission spectrum at 390.0 nm. The presence of Hg^2+ would result in the fluorescence quenching of HBAA and the formation of Hg^2 + - HBAA complex. Based on this, a new spectrofluorimetric method for the determination of trace mercury using this reagent has been developed. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0 -90. 0μg/L for Hg^2+ with a detection limit of 0. 61 p.g/L. The interferences of 40 common ions for the determination of mercury was investigated. The method showed high selectivity, and could be applied in the rapid determination of trace amounts of mercury in mineral, tap and river water.
