摘  要:目的:探索医学高层次医学专科人才的培训方式,分析读书报告会在呼吸专科研究生培训中的应用。方法:呼吸专科研究生采用读书报告会形式轮流讲授呼吸科相关知识,导师组成员现场评分,主治医师以上人员考核临床应用情况,统计后平均化处理评分结果并记录。结果:3年共举办读书报告会35场120人次,帮助选课题36项,发表论文97篇,提高了研究生对临床知识及科研前沿知识的把握能力,提高了幻灯片制作能力和演讲能力。结论:读书报告会可作为研究生培训的有益形式,值得推广。Objective: To study the cultivation model for the medical talents and determine the advantage of applying reading report meeting in postgraduate education. Methods: To improve the quality of medical students through organizing reading report meeting, the members, who are chief physicians, associate chief physicians and attending physicians, scored for their presentation. Results: The authors have organized reading report meeting for 35 times inviting 120 medical students to join and helped them choosing 36 subjects, publishing 97 papers. The postgraduates gained the ability to grasp the clinical knowledge and subject frontier knowledge correctly. Through the reading report meeting, they also learned how to make a perfect power point and give a speech in public. Conclusion: The reading report meeting is proved to be, a feasible and effective means of leanfing.
