摘  要:用不同浓度的PEG-6000溶液处理直叶灰藓,研究渗透胁迫处理对其渗透调节的影响.结果表明,不同强度的渗透胁迫处理引起直叶灰藓可溶性蛋白质含量先增后减,而其脯氨酸、游离氨基酸和可溶性糖含量随着渗透胁迫的加强呈增加趋势.直叶灰藓Na+含量大于K+含量,Na+/K+为4.50;在渗透胁迫处理过程中Na+积累显著大于K+,Na+/K+达到7.74.说明Na+是直叶灰藓主要的细胞液渗透调节剂.The different concentrative PEG-6000 solution treating with Hypnum vaucheri Lesq studied the effect of osmotic stress on the osmotic regulation. The experiment results showed that the osmotic stress treatment with different intensity PEG-6000 caused the soluble protein content of Hypnum vaucheri Lesq.increasing at first and then decreasing,while the content of proline,free amino acid and soluble sugar tended to increase with the intensifying of osmotic stress. Na+content of Hypnum vaucheri Lesq was more than that of K+,and Na+/K+ was 4.50. During the process of osmotic stress treatment,the accumulation of Na+ was larger than that of K+,and Na+ /K+ reached 7.74. It was indicated that Na+ was main osmotic adjustment substance of cell sap of Hypnum vaucheri Lesq.
