氨甲喋呤配伍米非司酮及中药联合治疗异位妊娠68例分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨氨甲喋呤(MTX)配伍米非司酮及中药治疗异位妊娠临床效果.方法:回顾性分析我院2003-01～2008-12具有保守治疗条件要求保守治疗的异位妊娠患者68例资料,采用静脉注射MTX20mg,1次/天,连续5天为一个疗程,不用甲酰四氢叶酸(CF)解毒;口服米非司酮50mg/次,2次/天,间隔12小时,服药前后空腹2小时,连用三天,总剂量300mg;同时加服桂枝茯苓胶囊4粒/次,3次/天,至月经复潮或包块消失.定期监测血β-HCG、B超、肝肾功能、血常规.结果:三种药物保守治疗异位妊娠成功率达92.6%.结论:MTX配伍米非司酮及桂枝茯苓胶囊联合治疗异位妊娠可缩短病程、提高药物治疗成功率.Objective：To investigate the efficacy of methotrexate（MTX） combined with mifepristone and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods：Retrospectively analysed the ectopic pregnancy data of 68 patients who possess conservative treatment conditions and require conservative treatment in our hospital from January 2003 to December 2008. The treatment method was intravenous injection of 20mg MTX one daily,and five consecutive days was a course of treatment,without leucovorin（CF） detoxification;oral administration of mifepristone in a dose of 50mg two daily for three days,total dose was 300mg;at the same time,cassia tuckahoe capsule was added with a dose of 4 capsules three daily untill menstruation or the mass disappearance. Regular monitoring of blood-HCG,B-ultrasound,liver and kidney function,blood routine. Results：The success rate of therapy ectopic pregnancy was 92.6% by the combined use of three kinds of drug. Conclusion：MTX combined with mifepristone and cassia tuckahoe capsule treating ectopic pregnancy can shorten the course of the disease,improve the success rate of drug treatment.
