Observation on the Therapeutic Efficacy of Continuous Glucose Monitoring System Combined with Insulin Pump in the Treatment of Primary Diagnostic Severe Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

摘  要:基于均相流理论和固体火箭发动机原理建立了底排装置一维非定常内弹道模型。采用底排内弹道和修正质点外弹道耦合计算的方法对某155mm底排弹底排装置工作期间的内部流场和外弹道进行了数值模拟。得到了底排装置内压力、温度、密度和速度沿燃气通道轴向分布情况及喷口处的变化规律。计算结果表明,底排装置内的最高温度约为1944K,最大速度约65m.s-1;计算的底排工作时间为24s,增程率约为30%,与实际射击试验平均值吻合较好。Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of continuous glucose monitoring system(CGMS) combined with continuous subcutaneous insulin input(CSII) by insulin pump in the treatment of primary diagnostic severe type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). Methods: 48 cases of primary diagnostic severe T2DM were divided into experimental group and control group, experimental group were treated with CGMS combined with CSII. When subcutaneous probe signal attenuated, the fingertip blood glucose monitoring were 7 times per day instead, and guided CSII until the blood sugar reached the standard. Control group always used per day 7 times fingertip blood glucose monitoring to guide CSII until the blood sugar reached the standard. We evaluate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of these two groups through observing the number of days required for blood glucose reaching the standard, the insulin dosage of a whole day, the incidence of low blood sugar and blood glucose value at different time points. Results: The rlumber of days required for blood glucose reaching the standard, the insulin dosage of a whole day, the incidence of low blood sugar and blood glucose value at different time points of experimental group were lower than the control group. Conclusion: In the treatment of primary diagnostic severe T2DM, the efficacy and safety of experimental group is superior to the control group.
