摘  要:目的:探讨使用计算机软件系统自动监测住院患者药品不良反应的技术方法。方法:利用"触发器"技术,设计了可自动监测住院患者药物热不良反应的计算机软件系统。以人工监测为对照,对1000例病历进行监测,评价了软件系统的监测效果。结果:软件系统由多个功能模块组成,能自动监测患者体温并对导致体温增高的因素进行分析,暴露出可能的药物热不良反应。与人工监测结果相比,软件监测方法的敏感度66.7%、特异度94.6%、一致性94.2%、正确指数0.61。该软件系统显示了较好的可靠性和可行性。结论:该软件系统能较好地暴露患者药物热的不良反应,提示采用计算机软件技术自动监测住院患者药品不良反应确实可行。Objective:To develop a technology on automatically monitoring adverse drug reaction in inpatients with an information-based software system. Methods: An automatic monitoring software system based on "triggers" technology was built for monitoring drug fever in inpatients. 1000 cases were monitored by software system and the results of each case were compared with a professional group to evaluate the performance of the software. Results: The software system was composed of functional modules, which can automatically monitor the temperature of the patients, and analyze the factors inducing high temperature and then diagnose the potential drug fever. Compared with manual monitoring, the sensitivity, specificity, conformity and Youden’s index of this software were 66.7%, 94.6%, 94.2% and 0.61, respectively. The software system showed nice dependability and feasibility. Conclusion: The software system can be used to monitor drug fever in inpatients, which indicates that automatic monitoring technology of adverse drug reaction is workable.
