我院住院病人65535例次中药制剂应用及不良反应报告分析

摘　　要：目的:了解我院住院患者中药制剂的应用及其不良反应发生情况,为临床安全合理用药提供依据。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,对2007年12月-2008年12月我院使用中药制剂住院患者的科室、病种、用药种类及引发不良反应的药品种类、给药途径、ADR累及器官或系统及临床表现等进行统计分析。结果:共有65535例次患者使用中药制剂,涉及35个科室、1400种疾病、267种中药制剂、20种剂型,其中抗肿瘤、益气扶正、清热宣肺类中药制剂为主要使用品种。此期间我院共收集中药不良反应92例,涉及29种中药制剂,以七叶皂苷钠注射液发生率最高为29例,占31.52%;给药途径以静脉注射为主;ADR临床表现以皮肤及附件损害最常见。结论:我院住院患者中药制剂的使用较为合理,但应加强中药不良反应监测。Objective：To investigate the application of traditional Chinese medicines and the occurrence of its adverse drug reaction,and provide reference for rational drug use in clinic.Methods：By the retrospective investigation,the departments,diseases,categories of drugs of the inpatients using traditional Chinese medicines,and the categories of drugs,routes of administration,organs or systems involved in ADRs and clinical manifestations of ADRs induced by traditional Chinese medicines from December 2007 to December 2008 in our hospital were statistically analyzed.Results：There were a total of 65 535 patients using a variety of traditional Chinese medicine preparations,involving in 35 departments,1400 kinds of diseases,267 kinds of preparations and 20 kinds of dosage forms.Antitumor drugs,the drugs for tonifying qi and supporting right,and the drugs for clearing heat and facilitating lung were the major categories.There were 92 cases of ADRs collected in our hospital,involving in 29 kinds of preparations,and there were 29 cases（31.52%） induced by sodium aescinate for injection,intravenous injection was the main route of administration,and the main clinical manifestations of ADRs were the lesions of skin and its appendants.Conclusion：The utilization of traditional Chinese medicines in inpatients was basically reasonable,while the ADRs induced by traditional Chinese medicine should be monitored intensively.
