摘 要:吸附等温线是色谱体系中组分的基本热力学性质,给出了一定温度条件下组分平衡态时在两相的分配关系,这种关系决定了色谱模型的解的形式。以迎头法测定了葡萄糖与果糖在氨基固定相上的吸附等温线,实验结果表明,葡萄糖和果糖在氨基柱上的吸附等温线为反Langmu ir形式,并进行了温度影响测定,组分浓度与时间的关系进一步验证了葡萄糖与果糖的吸附等温线形式。吸附系数G和b的确定为进一步研究葡萄糖和果糖在氨基柱上的分离提供了基本的热力学信息。Adsorption isotherm is a basic thermodynamic property of component in the system of chromatography. A equilibrium distribution relationship of the components under the case of certain temperature between solid phase and mobile phase is given. This kind of relationship determines the possible forms of solution of chromatography equations. In this paper, adsorption isotherms of glucose and fructose adsorbed in NH2-binded stationary phase are measured by frontal analysis. The results show that the isotherms of glucose and fructose are in the forms of anti-Langmuir. Effect determination of temperature is carried out and the relationship between concentration and time verifies the isotherm forms of glucose and fructose. The determiration of adsorptiou G and b provides a basic thermodymamic information for further research of glucose and fructose Seperation on NHE-binded stationary phase.
