护理专业与非医学专业女大学生会阴部不适症状的调查研究

摘　　要：[目的]了解护理专业和非医学专业女大学生的会阴部不适情况。[方法]采用自制的问卷调查145名护理专业女大学生与181名非医学专业女大学生的会阴部不适情况。[结果]护理专业女大学生会阴部不适症状发生率与非医学专业女大学生比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);42.0%的非医学专业女大学生出现会阴部不适选择告诉父母,而50.3%的护理专业女大学生选择及时去医院看病;会阴部清洁卫生习惯与会阴部不适呈负相关。[结论]良好的会阴部清洁卫生习惯能够减少会阴部不适发生;需加强女大学生会阴部卫生知识的宣教,培养良好的就医行为,预防女大学生泌尿、生殖系统感染的发生。Objective：To know the indisposed status of perineal region of female undergraduates of nursing specialties and non-medical specialties.Methods：The indisposed status of perineal region of 145 female undergraduates of nursing specialties and 181 female undergraduates of non-medical specialties were investigated by adopting self-made questionnaire.Results：In terms of the incidence rate of indisposed symptoms of perineal region,there was statistically significant difference between female undergraduates of nursing specialties and non-medical specialties （P0.01 or P0.05）.Forty-two percent of female undergraduates of non-medical specialties chose to tell their parents when they had indisposed symptoms of perineal region,and 50.3% female undergraduates of nursing specialties chose to go to hospital in time.There was negative correlation between sanitary habits of perineal region and indisposed status of female students.Conclusion：The satisfactory sanitary habits of perineal region of undergraduates can decrease the incidence of indisposed symptoms of perineal region for undergraduates.One should strengthen propaganda and education of health information of perineal region for female undergraduates and let them have satisfactory behaviors for receiving medical treatment so as to prevent the occurrence of urogenital system infection for female undergraduates.
