校园文化对大学生“软实力”提升的作用机制研究

摘　　要："软实力"是大学生综合实力的重要组成部分,是隐性的感召力和推动力,为大学生未来更好地适应社会竞争提供了坚实的保障。校园文化作为一所学校价值观念和精神风貌的集中体现,对大学生"软实力"的提升起到了激励、熏陶、引导和示范的积极作用。因此,要高度重视通过各种途径加强校园文化建设,全方位促进大学生"软实力"提升。The ＂soft power＂ is not only an important component of comprehensive strength, but also the implicit inspiration and driving force for college students, which provides a solid guarantee for college students to better adapt to social competition in the future. However, campus culture as a concentrated expression of campus culture, values and spirit, which play a positive role in encouraging, nurturing, guiding and demonstrating for upgrading of collage students＇ soft power. Therefore, we need to attach great importance to strengthen the campus culture through a variety of ways to promote college students to upgrade their ＂soft power＂.
