摘　　要：过刊是高校图书馆文献收藏的重要组成部分,是高校开展教学和科研的重要资源,本文尝试对过刊的管理和开发利用进行了讨论。Outdated periodicals form an important component of university library collection, and are important resources for university teaching and science research.
