摘  要:采用三维钢纤维编织技术与渍浆纤维混凝土成型工艺,成功制备出钢纤维体积率(φf)为5%(SC05)和10%(SC10)的三维编织钢纤维增强混凝土(3-D braid steel fiber reinforced concrete,3D-BSFC),采用直径为75mm的分离式霍普金森压杆(Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar,SHPB)装置研究了混凝土基体材料(SC0)及其相应的3D-BSFC试样在3种应变率下的冲击压缩力学性能。结果表明:在应变率约120s–1下,基体抗压强度为C50,试样SC0、试样SC05和试样SC10的冲击压缩强度分别是其静态强度的2.99倍、1.73倍和1.12倍,峰值应变达到0.0043,0.0079和0.0088,冲击弹性模量分别是其静态弹性模量的1.43倍、1.35倍和1.38倍,冲击压缩韧性指数分别达到1.22、3.12和8.21,与基准试样SC0相比,在应变率分别约为120s–1和130s–1时,试样SC05的冲击压缩强度分别提高了29%和21%,试样SC10分别提高了50%和45%。当应变率提高到130s–1时,试样SC0、试样SC05和试样SC10的峰值应变分别降低到0.0042,0.0060和0.0058,冲击压缩韧性指数分别提高到1.38,3.69和9.10。因此,3D-BSFC是应变率敏感材料,随着应变率的提高,材料的强度、弹性模量和韧性均有明显提高,峰值应变有所降低,而且φf越高,钢纤维的动态增强和增韧效果越明显。The dynamic compressive properties of 3-dimensional Braided Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete(3D-BSFC) were investigated.By integrating 3D braiding technique of steel fibers with slurry infiltrated fiber reinforced concrete(SIFCON),3D-BSFC was successfully developed.Specimens SC0,SC05,SC10 with steel fiber volume fraction(φf) of 0,5% and 10% were prepared,and compressive strength of the matrix is C50.Dynamic compressive properties of those samples were tested by a φ75 mm Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar(SHPB),and three strain rate levels were included.Results showed that when the strain rate was about 120 s^–1,the impact compressive strength of specimens SC0,SC05 and SC10 were 2.99,1.73 and 1.12 times of their corresponding static strength,respectively;the peak strains reached 0.004 3,0.007 9 and 0.008 8,respectively;the impact elastic modulus were 1.43,1.35 and 1.38 times of their static elastic modulus;the impact compressive toughness indices were 1.22,3.12 and 8.21.For the strain rate level of 120 s^–1 and 130 s^–1,the impact compressive strength of SC05 were increased by 29% and 21%,respectively,compared with SC0;and for SC10 these values were 50% and 45%.For the strain rate level of 130 s^–1,the peak strains decreased to 0.004 2,0.006 0 and 0.005 8,the impact compressive toughness indices of specimens SC0,SC05 and SC10 reached 1.38,3.69 and 9.10,respectively Conclusions can be drawn that 3D-BSFC is a kind of strain rate-sensitive material.With the increase of strain rate level,its dynamic strength,elastic modulus and toughness also raise obviously,while there shows slightly decrease in peak strain.It is also observed that for specimen with higher φf value the increment on strength and toughness is more obvious.
