摘  要:目的综述国内外军事航空医学研究现状和发展动态,提出未来我国军事航空医学研究的发展方向、目标和重点。方法采用情报调研方法,检索近10年来国内外该领域的研究论文、综述和研究报告,总结该学科的新进展并分析其发展趋势。结果近5年来,随着航空技术的不断进步,军事航空医学研究得到快速发展,我军在航空卫生勤务、军事航空应用基础研究、航空救生与防护、航空心理、航空工效和临床航空医学等方面取得了令人瞩目的成就。结论未来军事航空医学研究在重视高空缺氧、加速度耐力、飞行错觉等传统问题的同时,应更加关注飞行人员选拔、健康维护、航空医学训练、航空工效等热点问题,并建立航空综合系统的卫勤保障措施,力求为处于严酷环境中的飞行人员提供全面的生理防护和高效的卫勤保障,并优化人机界面工效学设计,充分发挥人的因素作用。Objective To review the research status and development trends worldwide of military aviation medicine,and propose the direction,aims and focus of Chinese military aeromedical development.Methods The professional articles,reviews,investigation reports and treatises of military aviation medicine published last decade were retrieved by information research methods,and the recent progresses and development trends of this discipline were analyzed.Results The military aviation medicine has been rapidly developed recent 5 years with the progresses of aviation industry,and Chinese Air Force has made remarkable achievements on aeromedical service,application and basic researches of military aviation,aviation rescue and prevention,aviation psychology,aviation ergonomics and clinical aviation medicine.Conclusion Besides the traditional fields of aviation medicine such as high altitude hypoxia,acceleration tolerance,flight illusion,etc.,the emphasis of research work should be placed even more on the pilot selection,health care,aeromedical training and aviation ergonomics in the future,and on the establishment of the integrated and systemic aeromedical support measures,so as to provide entirely physiological protection to the pilots working in severe environments,and to optimize the ergonomic design of man-machine interface for improving human capabilities in flight.
