中药联合选择性股内侧肌电刺激治疗髌骨软化症的疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察中药联合选择性股内侧肌电刺激治疗髌骨软化症（CMP）的疗效。[方法]选择90例CMP患者,随机分成三个治疗组进行治疗,每组各30例,分别为单纯中药治疗组（A组）、单纯选择性股内侧肌电刺激治疗组（B组）、中药联合选择性股内侧肌电刺激治疗组（C组）。随访9-12个月,测量膝关节轴位片适应角（CA）、外侧髌股角（LPA）,对治疗后的疗效进行评价,并进行统计分析。[结果]三个治疗组治疗前后CA、LPA均有明显差异性（P〈0.05）,且中药联合选择性股内侧肌电刺激治疗组（C组）治疗后的CA、LPA更优于单纯中药治疗组（A组）及单纯选择性股内侧肌电刺激治疗组（B组）治疗后的CA、LPA（P〈0.05）,中药联合选择性股内侧肌电刺激治疗组（C组）治疗后的疗效优良率明显高于A组及B组的优良率（P〈0.05）,而单纯中药治疗组（A组）与单纯选择性电刺激治疗组（B组）治疗后的CA、LPA、优良率无明显差异性（P〉0.05）。[结论]中药联合选择性股内侧肌电刺激治疗CMP的疗效优于单纯中药治疗及单纯选择性股内侧肌电刺激治疗CMP的疗效,它是一种更好的治疗CMP的方法。[Objective]To investigate the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese herb and selective medial vastus muscle electric stimulation in treatment of chondromalacia of patella（CMP）.[Method]Ninety CMP cases were selected and divided into 3 treatment groups,with 30 cases in each one.Traditional Chinese herb was applied in group A.Selected medial vastus muscle electric stimulation was applied in group B.Combination of both treatments was applied in group C.All cases were followed up for 9-12 months.Congruence angle（CA） and lateral patello-femoral angle（LPA） were measured and statistical analysis was used to investigate the therapeutic effect.[Result]CA and LPA showed significant differences between pre-and postoperative results（P〈0.05） in 3 groups.Postoperative CA and LPA results in group C were better than those in group A and group B（P〈0.05）.CA and LPA showed no significant difference between group A and group B（P〉0.05）.[Conclusion]Traditional Chinese herb combined with selective medial vastus muscle electric stimulation is a effective therapy in treatment of chondromalacia of patella.
