隆鼻术中鼻背增高程度与假体厚度的相关性分析  被引量:7

摘  要:目的 精细测量隆鼻术后鼻背的增高程度及置入体的厚度,并分析两者之间的相关性,为假体的设计和雕刻提供理论依据。方法对20例单纯隆鼻的求美者行手术前后的CT扫描,使用自行研发的软件对CT扫描数据进行处理,重构患者面部三维立体模型,并在三维模型上精确测量鼻根点、鼻骨下点及鼻尖点在手术前后的高度变化,将高度的增加值与相应部位的置人体厚度进行比较,并分析相关数据。结果隆鼻术后鼻背增高的平均值为鼻根点(4.085±0.79)mm、鼻骨下点(3.85±0.78)mm、鼻尖点(2.29±0.42)mm,鼻根点与鼻骨下点的术后增高值与置人体的厚度相近,而鼻尖点的增高值仅为该部位假体厚度的69.29%。结论在鼻的不同部位,置人体的厚度对鼻背高度的补充效率不同,临床上在假体制作时应充分考虑到这一特点,以期达到最佳的隆鼻效果。Objective To measure the elevation value of nasal dorsum and the thickness of prosthesis in the augmentation rhinoplasty, and calculate the ratio between them aimed at providing the theoretical parameters for the clinical design and sculpture of prosthesis. Methods Twenty patients with augmentation rhinoplasty received cranial CT scanning before and after operation, and the data of which were analyzed using developed software. The three-dimensional facial models were rebuilt and accurate measurement was performed by the computer. The increased value of nasal dorsum at the nasion point ( NP), under point of nasal (UP) and pronasale point (PP) was calculated and compared to the thickness of the prosthesis. Results The average increased value of nasal dorsum at NP, UP and PP were (4. 085 ±0.79) mm, (3.85 ±0.78) mm and (2.29 ±0. 42 ) mm, respectively. At NP and UP, the dorsal elevation values were closed to the thickness of prosthesis. Whereas at the PP, the dorsal elevation value was only 69. 29% of the thickness of the prosthesis. Conclusion The ratios between the dorsal elevation value and the thickness of prosthesis varied at the different parts of the nasal dorsum, which should be considered in the clinical practice to achieve the expected results.
