45例腹股沟疝传统手术法术后并发症临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腹股沟疝术后并发症的原因及预防方法。方法回顾性分析1999年至2009年腹股沟疝手术265例,总结相关病例及临床资料,分析腹股沟疝术后并发症的原因。结果本组265例手术,产生并发症45例,并发症发生率为17.0%。其中出现复发疝23例,残留疝囊积液或阴囊血肿10例,神经损伤6例,切口感染4例,输精管损伤2例。结论腹股沟疝术后并发症发生率高,提高术者的责任心,加强术者的手术基本功及解剖技能的训练,以及避免术后过早高强度体力劳动可降低并发症的发生率。Objective To explore the reason of inguinal hernia postoperative complications and prevention methods.Methods Totally 265 cases of inguinal hernia were retrospectively analyzed from 1999 to 2009.The relative cases and clinical data were summarized,and the complication reason of inguinal hernia treated by traditional surgery.Results There were 45 cases of complication among 265 cases;the incidence of complication was 17.0%.In detail,there were 23 cases of recurrent hernias,10 cases of vestigital hernial sac pyema or scrotum hematoma,6 cases of nerve damage,4 cases of incision infection,2 cases of deferens injured.Conclusions The incidence of inguinal hernia postoperative complications is high.Improving the responsibility of doctor,strengthening the basic operation technique and anatomical skills,and avoid high intensity physical labor during early postoperative period can reduce the incidence of complications.
