摘　　要：密度调整是小填径乳化炸药生产主要工序之一，其实质是粘度和体积比十分悬殊的几种物质的混合。把很细的固体颗粒分散到屈服假塑型小直径乳化炸药基质中为固、液混合的极端情况，这给小直径乳化炸药密度调整带来许多困难，在一般混合设备中难以进行。作者简要分析了小直径乳化炸药基质混合过程，介绍一种新型间断式混合机，解决了小直径乳化炸药基质与细小固体颗粒均匀混合问题。The density adjusting is one of the major step in the production of small diameter emulsion explosive,and its essence is the mixing of several materials with great disparity of viscosity and volume ratio But it is the extreme case of liquid-solid mixture that spreading the tiny solids into emulsion explosive matrix with the characteristic of viscosity-elastic and yielding false plastic,which cause a lot of difficulties to the density adjusting of small diameter explosive,and is difficult to realize in common facilities In this paper,on the basis of analysis of the mixing process,a new type discontinuous mixer is presented for solving the problem of equal mixing between matrix and tiny solid particles
