摘　　要：简述了目前比较典型和常用的５种静态混合器的结构特点和适用范围，讨论了静态混合器在小直径乳化炸药连续乳化生产工艺中的应用。试验和生产实践表明：在大油水比例的混合乳化生产工艺中，设计采用合适的油水汇合结构是必要的；The construction features and application of five kinds of typical static mixers were introduced,then the application of static mixers in continuous emulsification process of small diameter emulsion explosives was discussed Experiments and production show that: ①when the rate between oil and water is big,it is necessary to design a kind of joining constructure of oil and water; ②SV static mixer is superior to other kinds of static mixers when be used in the large W/O ratio emulsification process of emulsion explosives
