美沙酮维持治疗对海洛因依赖患者血脂水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:了解美沙酮维持治疗对患者血脂水平的影响。方法:随机选取正在接受美沙酮维持治疗的患者152例,在治疗前和治疗6个月两个时点进行抽血分析。采用酶联免疫一步法测定脂蛋白A(Lp(a)),其血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及脂蛋白A水平均采用酶法测定,另选取130例作为正常对照。结果:参加美沙酮维持治疗者治疗6个月时TC仍低于对照组,TG仍高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01);治疗6个月与治疗前比较,TC、HDL-C高于治疗前,Lp(a)低于治疗前,差异有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:美沙酮维持治疗对海洛因依赖者的血脂水平有一定正面影响,对恢复正常血脂水平有一定帮助,应可降低血脂异常所致疾病的风险。Objective：To explore the influence of methadone maintenance treatment（MMT）to the lipid levels of MMT patients.Methods：152 randomly-selected MMT patients were tested before and after six month MMT to determine their serum total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）and lipoprotein A（LP（a））by one-step ELISA.In addition,130 nomal persons were tested as control.Results：After six month MMT,the TC of the MMT patients was still lower and the TG was still higher than those of the control,which had statistical significance（P0.01）.The TC and HDL-C of the MMT patients were higher and the Lp（a）was lower after six month MMT compared with those of before MMT,which had statistical significance（P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion：MMT has a positive effect on the blood lipid levels of heroin dependent patients,which might be helpful for resuming patient＇s blood lipid level and reduce the risk of diseases caused by dyslipidemia.
