吉林省东部地区“冰毒”滥用流行情况:2008年与2006年监测报告对比分析

摘　　要：目的:了解吉林省东部地区甲基苯丙胺(俗称"冰毒")滥用特征及流行情况。方法:对2008年和2006年吉林省戒毒机构和缉毒部门报告的居住在东部地区的"冰毒"滥用者的监测数据进行对比分析。结果:2008年和2006年分别监测到"冰毒"滥用者323例和248例;其中2008年度新发生滥用者占33.4%,低于2006年的监测数据(77.8%);2008年度数据中的"冰毒"滥用者仍以男性(76.5%)、初中文化程度(66.9%)、未婚人员(53.6%)和无业人员(71.8%)居多,但与2006年度数据相比,高中及以上文化程度者、无业人员、未婚(含同居)及离婚人员构成比有较为明显增加(χ2检验,P值均<0.05);2008年度初次滥用"冰毒"的平均年龄与2006年比(30.4 a±s8.4 a比28.2 a±s7.5 a)大,25 a以下所占比例下降了10.0%,最小年龄仅11 a;与滥用药物有关行为比较,获得途径、滥用场所均发生显著性变化,2008年度由"同伴提供"的"冰毒"增长56.1%,"私人活动场所"的滥用"冰毒"行为增长45.1%;"满足好奇感"和"追求欣快、刺激"仍是诱发滥用"冰毒"的主要原因。烫吸仍是滥用"冰毒"的主要方式。结论:吉林省东部地区发现的"冰毒"滥用者人数增多;遏制"冰毒"滥用人数增长是目前药物滥用防治的工作重点。"冰毒"滥用者具有较为明显的社会人口学特征和药物滥用行为特征,为预防工作提供了重点关注人群和降低药物滥用危害的对象。Objective：To understand the epidemiological situation of methamphetamine（Ice） abuse in the Eastern part of Jilin Province.Methods：The data collected by Jilin detoxification centers and drug control agencies in 2008 and 2006 were comparatively analyzed.Results：Altogether 323 and 248 ＂Ice＂ abusers were found in 2008 and 2006,respectively.Among the data collected in 2008,newly occurred ＂Ice＂ abusers accounted for 33.4% which was lower than that collected in 2006（77.8%）;2008 data showed that,male（76.5%） with middle school education（66.9%）,unmarried（53.6%） and no job（71.8%） were in the dominant,however,compared with the 2006 data,the proportions of those who had high middle school or even higher education,no job,unmarried and divorced increased in 2008;the average age of initial ＂Ice＂ use in 2008 was older（30.4 a±s 8.4 a vs 28.2 a±s 7.5 a）,the proportion of those under 25 years old decreased 10.0%,and the youngest was only 11 years old.When drug abuse related behaviors were compared,significant changes were observed in drug resources and places for doing drugs with a proportion of 56.1% increase of getting drugs from their peers and 45.1% increase of using drugs in private houses in 2008.To meet their curiosity,seeking for euphoria and excitement were still the main reasons for drug use,and snorting was the main route of drug using.Conclusion：The number of ＂Ice＂ abuse found in the Eastern part of Jilin Province has increased.Our work should focus on the prevention of the increase of ＂Ice＂ abuse.＂Ice＂ abusers have obvious demographical characteristics.Prevention and intervention can be conducted accordingly.
