急性有机锡中毒6例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨急性有机锡中毒的临床特点和治疗方案。方法对6例有机锡中毒患者采取临床表现分析联合实验室检查,然后给予针对性的药物治疗。结果经过治疗,一月后所有患者均康复出院。结论急性有机锡中毒临床表现均以神经精神系统症状为主,应早期诊断,及早采取大剂量激素、降颅压、纠正低血钾等综合治疗。Objective To evaluate the clinical characteristics and treatment methods of acute organ tin poisoning. Methods 6 cases of acute organ tin poisoning patients were taken on clinical and laboratory analysis, and then given targeted medication. Results After treatment, all patients were recovered in one month. Conclusion Clinical feature of acute organ tin poisoning is mainly the nerve system symptoms, it should be diagnosed early and given comprehensive treatment such as large doses of hormone, anti-intracranial pressure, hypokalemia correction.
