消风止痒颗粒联合组织胺人免疫球蛋白治疗慢性荨麻疹临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨消风止痒颗粒联合组织胺人免疫球蛋白治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法将176例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别用消风止痒颗粒联合组织胺人免疫球蛋白和氯雷他定联合雷尼替丁治疗。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01),近期复发率低。结论消风止痒颗粒联合组织胺人免疫球蛋白是治疗慢性荨麻疹的优选方案。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Xiaofeng Zhiyang Keli joint Human Histaglobulin in therapeutic of Chronic Urticaria. Methods With 176 cases of Chronic Urticaria patients into treatment and control groups, respectively use Xiaofeng Zhiyang Keli joint Human Histaglobulin and Loratadine joint Ranitidine of treatment. Results The effect of treatment group was superior than that of control group （P〈0.01）, the recent low rate of relapse. Conclusion Xiaofeng Zhiyang Keli joint Human Histaglobulin is the preferred programme in the treatment of Chronic Urticaria.
